Sometimes you’ll find a credit has come in unexpectedly, so you’re unable to link it to its original transaction.
Here’s what to do:
- Search your transaction history to find the original transaction in the P-card forms table:

2. Once you find it, you should be able to edit the p-card form to check the relevant box (either Anticipating Refund or Anticipating International Transactions)

3. Return to the credit or fee in your inbox; you should now be able to link it to the original as usual.
