If you’re leaving MIT and have a travel card, make sure:
1. There are no outstanding charges on your travel card.
2. There are no travel reports left to be submitted for charges on your card.
If you’re all set on these fronts, then:
1. Send an email to travelsupport@mit.edu, cc, phys-finance@mit.edu telling them you are leaving and your card should be deactivated.
2. Cut up your card and dispose of it, or return it to the Physics Finance office so that we can dispose of it.
